This is the best pasta dish I have ever created. It is inspired by the Ultimate Jambalaya Pasta at Marketplace Grill. Honestly, it was pretty easy! Chopping it all is the hardest part. Here we go!

You will need:

Four Chicken Thighs

A bag of jumbo shrimp

Half a box of Rotini Pasta

5 Cloves Garlic (or to your heart's desire)

Green onions

Veggies of choice: Brussels, Onion, Bell Pepper, Yellow Squash, Mushrooms are my fave

Seasonings:

Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Cajun All, Old Bay, Red Pepper Flakes

Directions:

Bring Olive oil, 1/3 red pepper flakes, and Whites of Green Onions up to a very high temp.

Chop Garlic and mids of Green onion and put in a bowl with remaining red pepper flakes.

Pour the hot oil over the garlic and green onions and set it aside.

I cannot stress this enough... USE ONE PAN! The brown bits add so much flavor!

Using Olive Oil, cook chicken seasoned in Cajun All. Set aside.

Cook Shrimp seasoned in Old Bay. Set aside.

Cook veggies adding in Cajun All and red pepper flakes as needed. Set aside.

Add salt and pepper as you see fit to each of the above steps.

Pour the oil mixture (you made in the first step) into the pan and scrape up browned bits.

Add in cooked pasta. Add in more red pepper flakes depending on your spice tolerance.

Return all cooked food to the pan, stirring and coating all in the oil.

Serve with bread to sop up all the spicy goodness!
