Smashed Blewbs - Blueberry Cheesecake Cookies

1. Cheesecake balls - Cream together 4 oz cream cheese, 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 c sugar. Freeze in MINI balls.

2. Warm 1/3 c frozen blueberries in the microwave

3. Cream together 1/3 c sugar and 1/3 c butter

4. Add blewbs to cream

5. fold in 1/2 tsp baking powder, pinch salt and 1 c flour

6. CHILL

7. once cheesecake balls are frozen, put blewb dough in hand (spray hands with pam!) and roll around balls

8. bake at 400 for 12 minutes
